Does all hard large external hemorroids bleed?
The pain has been constant for two days except for about 15 minutes after a hot bath. Can’t sleep because can’t find a position where there is no cruciating pain. All the web sites i have looked at says there is bleeding, but i haven’t. So could i have another problem

No, not all hemorrhoids bleed. In some cases the distended veins simply are so full of clotted blood they just can’t. For immediate relief, you will need a hemorrhoidal cream. Those contain lidocaine and that will numb things for a bit. Next, a cold bath, or at least an icy cold washcloth right on the spots in question will also probably feel good. Get some baby wipes for personal cleansing- dry TP is not comfy and is just going to aggrivate things. Get the unscented sort with aloe vera if you can. And try to get into see your doctor. If you are in this much pain, you might be at a point where a removal is in order. That’s not very pleasant, the after pain will rival what you have now- but it will heal and the problem will be solved. At least this current problem will be solved. You can still get them again, if you don’t change your diet and toilet habits. Hemorrhoids are due to a lack of fiber in the diet, and chronic constipation, aggrivated by straining to pass the stools. What you have is a case of varicose veins of the tush, as a result. The blood can’t flow through like it should, they get puffed up with stagnant blood, and they burn like- well, you have them, you know. Eventually they can break, and will bleed pretty impressively. So, over the counter hemorrhoidal creams will help take out some of the swelling and burn, as will the icy cold cloth. But a permanent fix is going to require the doctor, a new diet, and regular bowel movements.
