How To Treat Hemorrhoids

Im currently having a miscarriage and severe hemorroids and its to the point I cant figure out which is worst, and (TMI) my vaginal area has stopped bleeding… but yeah… I’ll leave it at that.

The pain has been constant for two days except for about 15 minutes after a hot bath. Can’t sleep because can’t find a position where there is no cruciating pain. All the web sites i have looked at says there is bleeding, but i haven’t. So could i have another problem
